The IAPro and BlueTeam Wiki was created by CI Technologies as a support and collaboration tool for IAPro and BlueTeam software users. The Wiki is an online open-content collaborative support and feedback portal made available by CI Technologies for users of our IAPro and BlueTeam software. Users are able to post new content, discuss current content, and contact support through the Wiki.

None of the contributors, sponsors, administrators, or anyone else connected with CI Technologies in any way whatsoever will be responsible for the appearance of any inaccurate or libelous information or for your use of the information contained in or linked from this web site.

General

CI Technologies staff will be responsible for approving all updates and additions to the Wiki. Content posted that is deemed incorrect or inappropriate will be removed from the Wiki by the CI Technologies administrators. CI Technologies administrators will be constantly monitoring the Wiki and will be responsible for keeping content current.

CI Technologies content is owned by CI Technologies and is copyrighted and licensed. The Content may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and may be changed, improved or updated without notice. *Use of the Wiki and its Content is at your own risk.

All trademarks or logos presented on the Wiki are and remain the property of CI Technologies. No licenses or other rights in or to such trademarks or logos are granted. The Wiki may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

CI Technologies may at any time, without notice revise these terms by updating this posting. By using the Wiki, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms to which you are bound.

Conduct

CI Technologies grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited permission to access and display the pages within the Wiki, solely on your computer and for your personal use of the Wiki. You may not mirror any of the Content from this site on another web site or in any other media. You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights in those materials or information to grant these rights and licenses.

Further, you hereby give permission to CI Technologies to release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us, and CI Technologies may do so without the need of further notice to you.

Notwithstanding any other terms in this agreement, CI Technologies is under no obligation to use, post or upload any contribution you make to the Wiki or otherwise, and CI Technologies may remove any posting or upload you make at CI Technologies’ sole discretion.

No Confidential Information

CI Technologies does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information or material from you through the Wiki. Information that you submit to CI Technologies or the Wiki may be posted publicly without notice to you.

Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, personally-identifiable information that you submit to CI Technologies in the Wiki or otherwise will be handled in accordance with our privacy policies. If you request something from the Wiki, we will use the information you provide to fulfill your request.

You agree to allow CI Technologies to store and use your business contact information, including names, business phone numbers, and business e-mail addresses, in the regular course of business. Such information will be processed and used in connection with our business relationship, which will include using your information for marketing, notification of conferences and symposiums, etc. You agree that we may use your information to send you information about CI Technologies, including by email.
